This data is bough by various branches of goverment. And some derivates of this data is made available for public. Prague has bought its data regarding people commuting within the city on ditrict levels and to the city Institut Plánování a Rozvoje Hlavního Města Prahy (n.d.). And more importantly nation-wide Ministry of the Interior has also bought and (published some derived statistics from the data)(www.www.webaz.czHomepageKamdojizdimecz?).
